We are looking for a proactive and organised Invoice and Payroll Administrator to join our Central Admin team in Greencastle. If you thrive in a role where accuracy matters and you enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.


What You’ll Be Doing:

As a key part of our operations, you’ll ensure the seamless processing of invoices and payroll by:

  • Reconciling shifts worked against client systems to ensure accuracy
  • Sending correct timesheet data to payroll for timely payment
  • Setting up new clients on our internal systems
  • Ensuring all required documentation is received and filed correctly
  • Handling queries with professionalism and efficiency


What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in administration, ideally with exposure to invoicing and payroll
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Confidence working with systems and spreadsheets
  • MS Office / Excel
  • A team player attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
