What You’ll Be Doing:
As a key part of our operations, you’ll ensure the seamless processing of invoices and payroll by:
- Reconciling shifts worked against client systems to ensure accuracy
- Sending correct timesheet data to payroll for timely payment
- Setting up new clients on our internal systems
- Ensuring all required documentation is received and filed correctly
- Handling queries with professionalism and efficiency
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in administration, ideally with exposure to invoicing and payroll
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Confidence working with systems and spreadsheets
- MS Office / Excel
- A team player attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
