We are looking for a Senior Business Development Director to lead new-logo growth across the cyber security portfolio. This is a senior hunter role for an established relationship-builder who can open C-suite doors, originate enterprise opportunities and convert them into multi-year, multi-practice revenue.

  • Own New-Logo Growth: Take personal accountability for a regional new-business number, building and executing a named-account strategy across 40–60 enterprise and upper mid-market targets in priority sectors including financial services, critical national infrastructure, energy, life sciences, technology and PE-backed portfolios.
  • Bring Executive-Level Relationships: Leverage an established, first-name network across CISOs, CIOs, CROs, General Counsel, NEDs and PE operating partners. Build at least 8 new C-suite relationships per quarter and become a trusted executive partner before — not only after — a cyber incident.
  • Sell the Full Cyber Portfolio: Lead with client problems and business outcomes rather than individual practices. Shape integrated propositions spanning SOC/MDR, Offensive Security and Advisory, with a target of 40%+ of TCV from multi-practice opportunities.
  • Hunt Globally, Land Locally: Pursue qualified opportunities outside the home region where you own the relationship, while partnering with the relevant Regional Leader to agree commercial ownership, credit and delivery. Maintain clear CRM registration and avoid parallel pursuit of accounts already owned locally.
  • Lead Complex Enterprise Deals: Apply disciplined qualification methodologies such as MEDDPICC, develop board-level business cases, lead commercial strategy and negotiations, and protect value and margin across MSAs, multi-year contracts and outcome-based structures.
  • Build a High-Quality Pipeline: Create and maintain a qualified pipeline of 4–5× annual target, with rigorous CRM hygiene, accurate weekly forecasting and data-driven opportunity management. Use AI-enabled prospecting, research and proposal tools to increase productivity and conversion.
  • Create Market Influence: Represent the business at CISO roundtables, industry forums, partner events and executive engagements. Bring actionable intelligence on competitors, pricing, emerging threats and regulatory demand into Product, Marketing and regional GTM planning.
  • Own the Executive Handover: Ensure every new win transitions seamlessly into delivery and account management with a clear value narrative, commercial context and success criteria. Remain executive sponsor through year one and co-own early renewal and client satisfaction outcomes.
  • Operate with Commercial & Regulatory Discipline: Work effectively across Sales, Bid, Pre-Sales, Legal, Finance and Delivery while maintaining high standards around information security, anti-bribery, export controls and regional requirements including GDPR, DORA, NIS2, SEC and APRA.
  • Bring Proven Cyber Sales Leadership: Bring 12+ years of cyber security services sales experience, including MSSP/MDR, Offensive Security and Consulting/Advisory; a track record of closing $1M+ TCV enterprise deals, a personal $5M+ annual new-business number, and a demonstrable network of C-suite and board-level relationships. You are an executive-level hunter who is resilient, commercially rigorous, globally minded and comfortable selling in a matrix environment.
