Dynamics 365 CRM Testing Professional

Location: Remote (India)

Contract: 12-Month Rolling Contract

Rate: Up to INR 12,000 per day (inclusive of 10% TDS)

Working Hours: UK Hours (8 hours/day)

Start: Immediate or Short Notice Preferred

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Testing Professional to support testing activities across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and UAT testing.
• Create and execute test cases and test scenarios.
• Test Dynamics 365 CRM modules including Sales, Customer Service, Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, and Contacts.
• Validate workflows, business rules, security roles, and integrations.
• Conduct end-to-end testing across CRM and connected systems.
• Log, track, and manage defects through to resolution.
• Work closely with developers, consultants, and business users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software testing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience with Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing.
• Knowledge of CRM processes, integrations, and data validation.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

• ISTQB Certification.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
