Data Scientist-Global Management Consultancy

Location- Central London- Hybrid

Salary- £60K base + bonus + benefits

Data Scientist with a passion to work on Deep Learning and AI. You will work on digital problem solving using Natural Language Processing, Cognitive Analysis, Applied Mathematics, Research and Analysis in the space of healthcare and medicines, Information Technology, Green Energy, and many other fields.

Responsibilities:

To work on Machine Learning design and engineering utilizing established and emerging NLP design patterns and technologies including BERT. You will work on probabilistic ML, Bayesian probability, behavioural impact, Optimization.

Skills:

• Scripting experience on Python/ R/ SQL/ JavaScript/ C language
• Familiarity with any of the visualization tools: Tableau, Reveal.js, React, Matplotlib, Plotly
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Scala.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree or Ph. D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math’s, or any related field (Engineering or Science background) required.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Good to have knowledge/ or experience on most of the following:

• Named-entity recognition (NER)
• Named entity linking (NEL)
• Natural Language Inference (NLI)
• Knowledge graph creation and curation: ideally Neo4j, Gremlin
• Fine tuning transformer models
