 We’re hiring a Senior Data Architect (Cross-Functional Ecosystem) to lead the design of a next-gen data platform, transforming siloed systems into a unified, high-performance Lakehouse architecture.

• Architect and integrate enterprise data across Salesforce, Sage Intacct, and SaaS product telemetry within Databricks to enable seamless, real-time insights.
• Own the design of the Schema, creating a unified data model that tracks the full customer lifecycle across Sales, Product, Enablement, and Finance.
• Drive ERP-CRM alignment to enable automated revenue recognition and full “Lead-to-Cash” transparency across the business.
• Build and optimize Databricks Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers) to support advanced analytics, reporting, and AI/ML use cases.
• Establish data governance, lineage, and access control using Unity Catalog, ensuring secure, compliant, and business-friendly data access.
• Define data quality standards and “Golden Record” frameworks, implementing proactive validation to ensure trusted, high-quality data across systems.
• Create scalable M&A data integration playbooks, enabling rapid onboarding of acquired company data into the core ecosystem.
• Champion modern engineering practices including Data-as-Code, CI/CD, API-driven/event-based architectures, and AI-assisted data modeling.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Sales Ops, Customer Success, Product Engineering, and Finance to deliver high-impact use cases like predictive churn, revenue insights, and ROI analytics.
