Automotive and Mobility Technology Director is required by a global technology innovation consultancy to lead high-performing global team of digital consultants, develop new business, and expand relationships with enterprise clients within Automotive and Mobility sector.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and inspiring a global industry team across commercial and delivery functions.
• Growing business with existing customers, managing existing accounts, and bringing in new enterprise accounts.
• Building and managing high-performance Automotive and Mobility consulting teams across global markets.
• Defining and executing Automotive and Mobility industry sales and business development strategies, ensuring a qualified pipeline.
• Representing the business as an industry thought leader through client engagement, events, and networking.

Required experience and skills:

• Extensive experience in sales or business development within the automotive industry.
• Ability to manage B2B revenue above of over $50M per year.
• Experience in channel partnerships, consultative selling, and value-based pricing, with a focus on scalable, data-driven revenue growth.
• Passion for digital innovation, analytics, and customer-centric technology.
• Ability to drive operational excellence and implement processes that ensure long-term profitability.
• Experience in building strong executive networks.
• Excellent public speaking and negotiation skills.
