ServiceNow Portal Developer (Front End)

Rate – Upto INR 18000/Day (10% TDS Deduction involved)

Role Description:

• Gather and analyse business requirements directly from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions
• Design and develop responsive ServiceNow Portal (Service Portal / UI Builder) front-end solutions
• Build and customise widgets using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow APIs
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate portal components with workflows, catalog items, and integrations
• Configure and enhance Service Catalog, Knowledge Base, and portal pages
• Ensure UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and performance optimisation
• Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and manage defect resolution
• Provide documentation, technical guidance, and ongoing portal enhancements
• Work closely with clients to refine requirements and deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions
