Service Desk Analyst (1st Line Plus / White-Glove Support)
We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst (1st Line Plus) to deliver high-touch, white-glove IT support in a professional services/enterprise environment. This role requires strong technical capability combined with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, particularly when supporting senior executives and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide white-glove IT support to senior executives and key stakeholders
- Deliver 1st line plus support across Microsoft, Apple, and mobile platforms
- Troubleshoot Office 365 and Microsoft Teams issues
- Support device builds, rebuilds, and provisioning
- Resolve networking issues (basic to intermediate level)
- Manage incidents and requests using ServiceNow
- Maintain accurate knowledge base documentation
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
