We’re looking for a Global IT Infrastructure & Operations Director to lead the strategy, delivery, and evolution of a world-class technology environment across a network of international sites.

You’ll oversee everything from cloud and data centre operations to networks, OT, and end-user computing, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing systems that support global business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Define and deliver a global infrastructure & operations strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead multi-site teams, building a culture of accountability, reliability, and innovation.
• Manage cloud, data centre, and network operations — ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
• Oversee ITIL-based service delivery, including incident management and service desk performance.
• Partner with Cybersecurity and Compliance to maintain GxP, GDPR, and ISO 27001 standards.
• Drive cloud migration, automation, and legacy system modernisation.
• Lead vendor partnerships and global IT budgets, ensuring value and cost efficiency.
• Mentor and develop high-performing global teams.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years’ experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations, with at least 5 in a global leadership role.
• Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure), networking, virtualization, and enterprise systems.
• Proven experience with ITIL, DevOps, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in regulated or manufacturing environments (Life Sciences, Pharma, or similar) a strong advantage.
