Senior Systems Administrator (Finance Systems)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning and optimising the Salesforce–Intacct integration
• Managing and enhancing Sage Intacct and related finance tools
• Troubleshooting integrations, APIs, and data workflows
• Partnering with Finance to improve billing, invoicing, and revenue processes
• Supporting system changes, upgrades, and releases
• Providing expert guidance and support to business users
• Contributing to compliance, audit readiness, and governance standards

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in systems administration or integrations, including strong finance systems experience
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct
• Experience integrating CRM and ERP systems (DataBlend or similar tools ideal)
• A strong understanding of billing, revenue recognition, expenses, and tax processes
• Confidence troubleshooting APIs and automation workflows
• The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and finance stakeholders

Bonus points for:

• Experience with AvaTax or expense management platforms
• Familiarity with analytics or data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Power BI)
• Salesforce or Sage Intacct certifications
• Experience in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment
