ServiceNow Enterprise Technical Architect

Pay rate: £675/ day Outside IR35

Role Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Enterprise Technical Architect to design and deliver a ServiceNow-centric enterprise architecture, positioning ServiceNow as the core digital workflow and integration hub across the organisation.

This role requires deep ServiceNow platform expertise, strong integration architecture skills, and the ability to think beyond out-of-the-box templates and playbooks. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end architecture, delivery, and implementation, acting as both Technical Architect and hands-on Delivery Lead / PM.

What we’re looking for :

• ServiceNow expert with strong integration architecture experience.
• Must be able to go beyond and think beyond the Service Now Templates and playbooks
• Make Service Now the central funnel- should have architecture and implementation experience across all modules:- HR Service Delivery (HRSD), ITSM, HAM (Hardware Asset Management), SAM (Software Asset Management, WSD (Workplace Service Delivery- desk booking), IntegrationHub / Integration Module (including contract signing workflows)
• Need to architect it correctly and integrate it with the following applications and systems: data lake (Azure Data Factory), Kantata, Oracle HRIS, Kariba Treasury Management, OneStream for consolidation, Rydoo, and Business Central.
• Need to have project management skills as you will own and deliver the work.
