Contract role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Test Lead to drive quality assurance for Salesforce implementations and enhancements. You will lead testing activities, manage QA processes, and ensure high-quality releases across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end testing for Salesforce implementations and upgrades

• Design and manage test plans, test cases, and test execution

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing

• Implement and manage test automation frameworks

• Validate integrations with APIs and third-party systems

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders

• Track defects, test metrics, and QA status

• Mentor and guide QA engineers

Requirements:

• Hands-on QA/testing experience with Salesforce testing experience 

• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)

• Experience with test management tools like Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr

• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing

• Experience testing REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations

• Strong understanding of Agile and CI/CD environments
