Role – Tech BA / Tech Business Analyst
Location – London office – 3 days a week
Salary – Upto £60K + 15% discretionary bonus + benefits

8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a strong track record delivering complex technology and data transformation initiatives across global consulting and enterprise environments.
- Strong ability to bridge business and technology teams, translating business requirements into clear functional/technical specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
- Hands-on understanding of Python and SQL, with the ability to analyse data, perform data profiling, validate requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support data-driven business solutions.
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Azure Cloud, including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, and other cloud-based data and integration services.
- Strong experience in data analysis, data migration, data integration, ETL, data quality, reconciliation, and reporting, supporting large-scale transformation programmes.
- Skilled in requirements gathering through stakeholder workshops, interviews, process mapping, gap analysis, impact assessments, and backlog prioritisation across business and technology functions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery environments, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, Data Engineers, QA teams, and senior business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture, APIs, databases, data platforms, integration patterns, and modern analytics, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams.
- Proven global consulting background, working with geographically distributed teams, international stakeholders, multiple business units, and complex enterprise programmes across different regions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to senior business audiences, manage competing priorities, and drive delivery from requirements through implementation and UAT.
