Business Process Analyst – CPQ Rollout- Contract role

Location: London / Hampshire / Gloucester (Hybrid)

Contract Length: 12 months

Rate: £500 per day- Outside ir35

Hybrid working across London, Hampshire, or Gloucester (2 days onsite and 3 days work from home every week)


We are looking for a skilled Business Process Analyst to support the rollout of a CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) system. This role will focus on business process mapping, requirements gathering, and supporting the successful integration of CPQ with wider business systems.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end business process mapping and analysis using Lucidchart (or similar tools)
  • Facilitate discovery workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements
  • Document, analyse, and validate business and functional requirements
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, technical teams, and third-party vendors
  • Support the implementation and rollout of the CPQ solution
  • Ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities
  • Assist in integration efforts with:
  • PIM system (Syndigo)
  • ERP system (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations)
  • Identify process improvements and optimisation opportunities


 Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst
  • Strong expertise in business process mapping (Lucidchart or equivalent)
  • Experience running discovery workshops and managing requirements lifecycle
  • Knowledge of CPQ systems and processes
  • Understanding of PIM and ERP integrations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear documentation and solutions
  • Experience with Oracle CPQ
  • Familiarity with Syndigo PIM
  • Experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Background in a software reseller or similar commercial environment
