Head of Digital Consulting – Advertising & Media Technology is required by a global technology consulting firm to lead and grow its AdTech and Media practice. This role focuses on expanding technology-led consulting and engineering services across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and growing a global Advertising & Media Technology practice, with a focus on software engineering-based professional services.
- Driving technology-led business development and sales.
- Growing and leading the business development and sales team.
- Defining and executing go-to-market strategies for technology services.
- Building and maintaining senior client relationships as a trusted technology advisor to clients.
- Leading and inspiring a global industry team, including both direct reports and cross-functional commercial and delivery members.
- Developing and executing global and regional sales plans focused on winning new customers, retaining existing ones, and driving growth.
- Owning executive and board-level reporting on industry performance.
- Representing the company as a spokesperson and thought leader.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Extensive experience in technology consulting, AdTech, or MarTech, with a strong focus on software solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience in building and growing technology services portfolios, including engineering, digital platforms, and managed services.
- Strong commercial leadership across the full lifecycle of technology sales, including solutioning, value-based pricing, contract structuring, and long-term account growth.
- Strong knowledge of AdTech/MarTech ecosystems.
- Experience working across global markets and distributed delivery models will be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technology solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
