Head of Digital Consulting – Advertising & Media Technology

A global technology consulting company is looking for a Head of Digital Consulting – Advertising & Media Technology to lead and scale its technology-driven AdTech and Media practice. This role is focused on expanding engineering and consulting services across global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and growing a global Advertising & Media Technology practice, with a focus on engineering, data platforms, and digital product innovation.
  • Driving technology-led business development, from solution shaping and architecture definition through to commercial structuring and deal closure.
  • Owning and expanding business development and sales activities, including pipeline generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Defining and executing go-to-market strategies for technology services, including AdTech platforms, MarTech ecosystems, and data-driven solutions.
  • Building and maintaining senior client relationships as a trusted technology advisor, influencing C-level stakeholders on digital architecture and transformation.
  • Guiding clients through end-to-end technology transformation, including platform modernization, cloud adoption, data integration, and AI-driven marketing solutions.
  • Ensuring high-quality delivery across complex technology and engineering engagements, including software development, integration, and managed services.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Extensive experience in technology consulting, AdTech, or MarTech, with a strong focus on delivering software, platform, or data-driven solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling technology services portfolios, including engineering, digital platforms, and managed services.
  • Strong commercial leadership across the full lifecycle of technology sales, including solutioning, value-based pricing, contract structuring, and long-term account growth.
  • Deep expertise in AdTech/MarTech ecosystems, including data platforms, cloud technologies, analytics, customer data platforms (CDPs).
  • Experience working across global markets and distributed delivery models will be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technology solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
