Head of Digital Consulting / Advertising & Media is required by a global technology consulting company to lead and grow its Advertising and Media Technology practice. As Head of Digital Consulting, you will lead the global Advertising and Media consulting practice, with responsibility for growth, client relationships, and delivery quality.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing the global Advertising & Media Digital Consulting practice.
  • Driving business development, from pipeline creation through to deal structuring and closing.
  • Defining and executing practical go-to-market plans that support sustainable revenue growth.
  • Building trusted, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Guiding clients through digital media and advertising transformation initiatives.
  • Ensuring delivery excellence across consulting engagements.
  • Supporting and mentoring cross-functional teams across strategy and technology.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Extensive experience in digital, AdTech or MarTech consulting, including selling design, engineering, or consulting services within enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of building, scaling, and managing large B2B revenue portfolios.
  • Strong commercial leadership across the full sales lifecycle - from pipeline generation to deal structuring, value pricing, negotiation, and long-term account growth.
  • Deep understanding of the advertising and media domain, including AdTech, MarTech, data platforms, analytics, and software services.
  • Experience driving revenue growth and stabilization in dynamic or challenging market conditions.
  • Strong leadership capability, including cross-functional collaboration, succession planning, and team development.
  • Global markets experience will be beneficial.
  • Strong communication, public speaking, and negotiation skills.
