ERP Test Lead – Dynamics 365 & Oracle CPQ

Location: India (Fully Remote)

Contract: 12-Month Rolling Contract

Rate: Up to INR 15,000 per day (inclusive of 10% TDS deduction)

Working Hours: UK Working Hours (8 Hours per Day)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or Short Notice Preferred

Overview

We are looking for an experienced ERP Test Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), and Oracle CPQ. The successful candidate will lead testing activities across ERP and CRM programmes, ensuring high-quality delivery of business-critical systems and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across ERP and CRM programmes.
• Define and execute test strategies, plans, and test cycles.
• Manage SIT, UAT, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
• Lead testing across Dynamics 365 CRM, Dynamics 365 F&O, and Oracle CPQ platforms.
• Validate integrations between CRM, CPQ, and ERP systems.
• Support testing of Quote-to-Cash business processes.
• Manage defects, risks, dependencies, and test environments.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, consultants, and project teams.
• Provide regular test status updates and go-live readiness assessments.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of software testing experience with ERP or CRM systems.
• Previous experience as a Test Lead, Test Manager, or QA Lead.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics 365 F&O testing.
• Experience testing Oracle CPQ solutions.
• Good understanding of ERP integrations, APIs, and data migration testing.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, Integration Testing, and Regression Testing.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar test management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

Preferred

• Experience with large-scale ERP transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes.
• ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.
