Role Overview
We are seeking a highly proactive PMO Manager / Analyst to establish and drive a best-in-class Programme Management Office. The ideal candidate will bring strong governance capability, hands-on delivery support, and the ability to act as a central hub for project information across a diverse portfolio—particularly within Microsoft-centric technology environments.
Key Responsibilities

Redefine, implement, and enforce project standards, methodologies, lifecycle definitions, and delivery processes.

Establish a proactive PMO function that acts as the single source of truth for all programme and project information.
- Lead resource management, capacity planning, and portfolio oversight, ensuring that prioritisation and allocation are effectively managed.
- Provide exceptional stakeholder management, engaging confidently across senior leadership, delivery teams, and external partners.
- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, burn-rate tracking, and support programme financial governance.
- Work in close partnership with the Programme Director, offering analytical insight, risk and issue management, and operational support.
- Bring experience across a wide variety of project types, with a specific background in Microsoft technology environments such as Azure, Databricks, NAV/BC, and Dynamics F&O.
- Ideally, come from a software vendor or distributor background, with an understanding of technology delivery models, commercial structures, and product-driven environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong PMO leadership experience within complex, multi-project technology portfolios.
- Demonstrable ability to design PMO structures from the ground up.
- Skilled in data-driven reporting, RAID management, dashboards, and portfolio analytics.
- Familiar with Microsoft cloud, data, and business application ecosystems.
- Excellent communicator with the confidence to challenge, influence, and drive operational discipline.
