• Lead end-to-end engineering for our Lead-to-Cash lifecycle (Salesforce CRM, CPQ → ERP integration)

• Build a seamless “Golden Thread” of data across sales, commerce, and finance

• Drive high-performance headless commerce platforms with sub-second experiences

• Establish a unified Customer 360 across CRM & ERP systems

Engineering Excellence

• Implement CI/CD & DevOps rigor across SaaS platforms (Salesforce, ERP integrations)

• Scale AI-augmented development (Copilot, Einstein, etc.) to boost velocity by 25–40%

• Architect a robust API-first integration fabric (no more spaghetti code)

• Champion product-led squads & tribes aligned to business domains

• Embed shift-left practices (security, testing, data quality) from day one

Strategic Impact

• Accelerate revenue by optimizing Quote-to-Order speed

• Ensure financial accuracy with “One Version of Truth” in ERP

• Eliminate manual processes through automation & clean data pipelines

How You’ll Lead

• Manage cross-functional squads: Salesforce, integration, web, and ERP experts
