D365 Finance and Operations Administrator

D365 Finance and Operations Administrator is required by a large organisation to join their IT team supporting critical IT systems and applications.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing application lifecycle: configuration, testing, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • 1st and 2nd line support.
  • Maintaining user accounts, permissions, and system documentation.
  • User training and support.
  • Troubleshooting issues with internal teams and external vendors.
  • On-site technical support and preventative maintenance.
  • System development support.
  • Assisting with vendor management and service reviews.

Required experience and skills:

  • IT support or application support role experience.
  • Understanding of ITSM practices (ITIL framework preferred).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations experience.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
