We’re looking for an Agile Delivery Coach to support a major transformation across multiple delivery teams.

You’ll help define and embed modern agile ways of working, coach teams and leaders, and improve delivery flow across the organisation.

What You’ll Do

• Design and roll out scalable agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Spotify-style).
• Coach teams and senior stakeholders on effective agile delivery.
• Improve coordination between business and IT teams using Jira.
• Set up simple governance, delivery dashboards, and visibility tools.
• Support onboarding and help teams adopt new ways of working.

What We’re Looking For

• Pharma industry experience (essential).
• Strong background in delivering agile models in complex or regulated environments.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and modern agile frameworks.
• Advanced Jira & Confluence skills (dashboards, cross-team setup).
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies and delivery flow.
• Comfortable engaging with senior leadership.



Nice to Have

• Experience with PI Planning or Lean Portfolio Management.
• GxP or similar regulated industry experience.
• Knowledge of Jira Align or Aha!.
