Dynamics CRM Testing Professional

• Pay rate: ₹12,000 per day (10% TDS included)
• Location: India (Fully Remote)
• Contract Duration: 12-month rolling contract
• Working Time: UK working hours (8 hours/day)
• Immediate/short notice preferred

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Testing Professional with strong expertise in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing for Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements.
• Test CRM modules including Sales, Customer Service, Leads, Opportunities, Accounts and Contacts.
• Validate workflows, business rules, security roles and integrations.
• Perform end-to-end testing across CRM and connected applications.
• Identify, document, and manage defects through resolution.
• Work closely with developers, functional consultants, business users, and project teams.
• Provide test status, defect reports, and quality updates.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of software testing experience, with strong Dynamics CRM experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong knowledge of CRM business processes and integrations.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of API/integration and data validation testing.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• ISTQB certification is desirable.
