About the role:

The Salesforce Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritising, and driving the Salesforce product roadmap across regions. They ensure the platform meets business needs while maintaining scalability, data quality, and adherence to best practices and governance standards. This role is central to enabling adoption, supporting phased rollouts to international markets, and maximising the value of Salesforce across the organisation.

Essential Criteria 

• hands-on Salesforce Product Owner, Admin, or CRM Product Management experience.
• Proven experience managing backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritising competing business needs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud a plus).
• Experience driving adoption and change across multiple business units or regions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Desirable Criteria

• Salesforce Administrator or Product Owner certifications (e.g., ADM201, Business Analyst, Strategy Designer).
• Experience supporting a global business with multi-region Salesforce deployments.
• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
• Familiarity with integrated system landscapes, including ERP, data platforms, and middleware.
