 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead design & implementation of security solutions across Microsoft or CrowdStrike ecosystems
• Deliver complex engagements across SOC / SIEM / SOAR, XDR / EDR, Identity & Cloud Security
• Define security architectures, Zero Trust models, and operating frameworks
• Oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring quality, scalability & compliance
• Act as a senior escalation point for critical incidents and transformation programmes
• Collaborate with pre-sales, engineering & delivery teams to shape solutions
• Develop reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices for MSSP services

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in MSSP / Managed Security / Security Consulting environments
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft Security stack (Sentinel, Defender, Entra, Purview, Defender for Cloud) or CrowdStrike
• Proven experience in SOC design, SIEM/SOAR, XDR, threat detection & response
• Solid understanding of Zero Trust and frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, PCI DSS)
• Experience delivering across hybrid & multi-cloud environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement & ability to translate complex risks into business value
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, SC-100, AZ-500, etc.)
