Senior Salesforce Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join a growing global Salesforce team. This role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will play a key role in Salesforce administration, automation, reporting, deployments, and platform optimisation across Sales Cloud and related products. Based on the JD provided, the role focuses on Salesforce administration, stakeholder engagement, declarative development, AppExchange management, and governance-led delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders and Business Analysts to gather and refine requirements.
• Configure Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, and other declarative tools.
• Manage and maintain AppExchange applications and integrations.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and process automations.
• Support deployment activities, sandbox management, and release processes.
• Ensure platform governance, documentation, and adherence to best practices.
• Recommend new Salesforce capabilities and improvements based on platform releases.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Expertise in Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and data management.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and automation workflows.
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Exposure to deployment and release management processes.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is mandatory.
• Experience with Jira and GitHub is highly desirable.
• Agile delivery experience would be beneficial.
