Salesforce Development Manager

📍 Location: Gurugram, India | Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Development Manager to join our Global Delivery Centre and lead a team of Salesforce developers and production support resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and production support teams
• Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, MCAE, and Net Zero Cloud
• Stay hands-on with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configuration
• Provide technical guidance and support architectural decisions
• Own and improve deployment and release management
• Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Jira
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, ITBP, and Salesforce COE
• Ensure security, governance, and data integrity standards
• Support testing, production releases, and escalations

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of Salesforce development and solution design experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Strong Salesforce architecture and integration knowledge
• Experience managing/mentoring Salesforce development teams
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, and Jira
• Experience with Sales Cloud and MCAE/Pardot
• Net Zero Cloud experience is highly desirable
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification – required
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
