Agentic AI Product Manager

Key conditions:

Pay Rate- £600/day outside IR35

Duration- 12 months with possible extensions

Location- Remote (WFH) with occasional travel to London

Agentic AI Product Manager role to lead the development of agentic AI solutions within a leading management consultancy.

We're looking for an experienced Agentic AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of next-generation Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLM, and Multi-Agent solutions. This is a unique opportunity to shape enterprise AI products from concept through to production deployment, working with cross-functional teams and senior business stakeholders.

This role is focused on smart and driven product managers to deliver a suite of agents to improve productivity in a Management consultancy

What You'll Do

🔹 Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products.

🔹 Lead the development and delivery of Agentic AI, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, LLM, and RAG-based solutions.

🔹 Drive product discovery, customer research, prioritisation, and business case development.

🔹 Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Business teams to deliver scalable AI products.

🔹 Translate complex business challenges into innovative AI-powered solutions.

🔹 Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to production deployment and adoption.

🔹 Define product KPIs, AI evaluation metrics, and success measures.

🔹 Present product strategy and roadmap to executive stakeholders.

We’re particularly looking for someone who:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager (core skillset)
• Proven experience delivering AI, GenAI, LLM, Agentic AI, or RAG-based products.
• Must have successfully productionised and delivered AI Agents and/or Multi-Agent solutions into enterprise production environments.
• Strong experience defining AI product strategy, vision, and roadmaps.
• Background in Management Consulting (e.g., Big 4 or Tier 1/2 Management Consulting firm)
• Strong understanding of agentic AI/automation / LLM-based solutions
• Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills
