Salesforce Business Analyst – United Kingdom

We’re supporting a global Salesforce reimplementation programme and seeking a Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Business Analyst to join a high-velocity delivery team operating within a Scrum framework.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong functional expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, particularly across Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Business Analysis activity across a Salesforce reimplementation
• Drive backlog refinement across a substantial delivery pipeline
• Own and shape the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD)
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and technical teams
• Translate complex business requirements into well-structured user stories
• Support Order-to-Cash optimisation within Sales Cloud

Essential Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Proven expertise in Order-to-Cash processes
• Senior Business Analyst with experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong backlog management and refinement capability
• Clear understanding of DoR and DoD frameworks
• Proactive, delivery-focused mindset

Highly Desirable

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud
• Knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ
