6-Month Contract | Up to £450 per day | Global Programme

We’re supporting a global Salesforce reimplementation programme and are looking for a Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Business Analyst to join a fast-paced delivery environment.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong Sales Cloud expertise, particularly across Order-to-Cash processes, within a Scrum-based setup.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading BA activity across a Salesforce reimplementation
• Driving backlog refinement across a significant pipeline of work
• Owning and shaping Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD)
• Working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and technical teams
• Translating complex business requirements into clear user stories
• Supporting Order-to-Cash process optimisation within Sales Cloud

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Proven background in Order-to-Cash processes
• Senior Business Analyst experience within Agile / Scrum environments
• Strong backlog management and refinement capability
• Clear understanding of DoR and DoD
• Proactive, delivery-focused mindset

Highly Desirable:

• Experience with Marketing Cloud
• Exposure to Service Cloud
• Knowledge of Revenue Cloud / CPQ
