About the Role


We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator (Finance Systems) to manage, configure, and optimise our finance systems ecosystem, including a cloud-based finance platform, CRM integrations, and related finance applications.

This role is responsible for ensuring financial data flows reliably and accurately across systems, with a particular focus on CRM-to-finance system integrations. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a sound understanding of financial processes to support operational excellence, data integrity, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain finance-related systems, ensuring stability, data quality, and compliance.
  • Oversee and optimise integrations between CRM and finance platforms, including middleware configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Act as the technical lead for finance applications, expense platforms, tax solutions, and supporting integrations.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, and Data teams to streamline workflows and automate manual processes.
  • Plan and execute system changes, testing, and releases within established governance frameworks.
  • Provide user support, training, and subject matter expertise to business stakeholders.
  • Support audit and compliance activities, ensuring appropriate controls and system access management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.


Essential Requirements

  • Experience in systems administration or integration roles.
  • Experience working directly with finance systems or ERP platforms.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting cloud-based finance systems.
  • Experience managing CRM-to-ERP integrations using middleware, ETL tools, or APIs.
  • Familiarity with CRM data structures and finance system integrations.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes including billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, expenses, and tax.
  • Experience troubleshooting APIs, automation workflows, and data integrations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working within change management, release management, governance, and compliance frameworks.



Desirable Skills

  • Experience with tax, expense management, or financial automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with reporting, analytics, or enterprise data integration tools.
  • CRM or finance systems certifications.
  • Experience working within SaaS or technology-driven environments.
  • Understanding of financial audit requirements.
