Senior Systems Administrator – Finance Systems

We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator (Finance Systems) to manage and optimise the organisation’s finance systems ecosystem, including a cloud finance platform, CRM integrations, middleware, and expense/tax applications.

The role focuses on ensuring accurate financial data flow across systems, managing integrations between CRM and finance platforms, and supporting finance teams with reliable and scalable system processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain finance systems ensuring stability and data integrity
• Manage integrations between CRM and finance platforms using middleware tools
• Support finance processes such as billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, expenses, and tax
• Troubleshoot APIs, data flows, and automation workflows
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, and Data teams to optimise system workflows
• Support system changes, releases, and audit/compliance requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in systems administration or integrations
• 3+ years working with finance or ERP systems
• Experience integrating CRM and finance platforms using middleware/ETL tools
• Strong understanding of financial processes and data structures
• Ability to manage integrations, APIs, and automation workflows

Desirable

• Experience with tax or expense platforms
• Experience with BI or enterprise data platforms
• CRM or finance system certifications
• Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments
