Role - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant

India Based

12 Months contract

Fully remote role

Rate – INR 10,000/ Day (10% TDS included)

Must be available with in 2-3 weeks of time.

UK Working hours.

Responsibilities:

 Troubleshoot CRM integrations, APIs, REST services and data failures, including interfaces with enterprise applications and ERP platforms.

 Analyse application logs, error messages and system behaviour to perform root-cause analysis and identify recurring technical issues.

 Develop and implement permanent solutions, including bug fixes, minor enhancements and change requests, while maintaining platform stability.

 Collaborate closely with functional consultants, developers and business users, communicating technical issues and solutions clearly and escalating complex problems when required.

 Maintain accurate technical documentation, troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles, contributing to continuous improvement of CRM support processes.

 Bring strong experience in Dynamics 365/Dataverse, CRM development and production support, with desirable knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, Azure integrations and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
