SAP Technical Project Manager / PMO (Junior–Mid Level)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on SAP Technical Project Manager / PMO to support the rollout of SAP S/4HANA within a large IT business operations environment.

This is not a senior leadership role—it’s ideal for a high-energy, detail-oriented PM with 5 years of experience who excels in execution, coordination, and delivery discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive project plans end-to-end
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams (approx. 10–12 streams)
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones
• Work closely with IT Operations / Environment teams
• Support environment setup, management, and readiness
• Assist in cutover planning and execution
• Act as a central coordination point (“mini delivery driver”), ensuring everything is on track

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of experience as a Technical PM / PMO
• Strong project planning, tracking, and governance discipline
• Experience coordinating cross-functional IT teams
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA programs (must understand lifecycle)
• Knowledge of:
• Environment management
• Release cycles
• Cutover activities
• Strong ownership mindset (drives plan, not just tracks it)
• Fluent / Native German language (mandatory)
