Are you a detail-driven Business Analyst who thrives on turning complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions? We’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving impactful change.

🚀 About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are accurately captured, analysed, and delivered with precision. You’ll work across data, processes, and systems to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions
• Conduct in-depth business and data analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather, validate, and prioritise requirements
• Develop clear, structured business and functional documentation
• Create and maintain process maps (As-Is / To-Be)
• Support data modelling and data analysis activities
• Ensure strong requirements governance and traceability
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and business leaders

🔹 Skills & Experience

• Strong background in Business Analysis
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation and management
• Expertise in process mapping and process improvement
• Solid data analysis and data modelling skills
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Strong understanding of governance and best practice BA frameworks
