About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Test Lead to lead the quality assurance efforts for Salesforce implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce testing, test automation, and QA leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery across Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing strategy for Salesforce implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
• Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce QA engineers and testers.
• Design, review, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with business requirements.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
• Identify testing scope, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Implement and manage test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.
• Validate integrations with third-party systems, APIs, middleware, and external platforms.
• Ensure quality across Salesforce releases, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Track and report defects, test metrics, and QA status to project stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA/testing experience with at least 4+ years in Salesforce testing.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing.
• Understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, Apex, and Lightning components.
• Experience testing Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder).
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT.
• Experience in data migration and ETL testing.
• Exposure to performance and security testing for Salesforce applications.
