SAP S/4HANA Environment & Operations Manager

Location: Germany or Europe (Poland ,Spain ,UK ,Belgium,Netherlands )

Role Overview

The SAP S/4HANA Environment & Operations Manager acts as the central technical lead for the SAP system landscape, ensuring efficient, stable, and secure operation of SAP systems running on SAP S/4HANA within a Microsoft Azure infrastructure.

This role serves as the key technical interface between internal stakeholders, solution architects, SAP Basis teams, and external service providers. It also acts as the primary technical contact for SAP Enterprise Support. The position plays a critical role during the current S/4HANA implementation (test phase before initial go-live) and in establishing a sustainable SAP Target Operating Model (TOM) for long-term operations.

Profile Requirements

• Extensive experience managing complex SAP landscapes
• Strong SAP Solution Manager expertise
• Broad functional understanding across SAP Finance (OTC, P2P, Treasury) and Basis
• Experience operating SAP on Microsoft Azure
• Experience in SAP implementation projects (preferably S/4HANA transformations)
• Strong vendor management and governance skills
• Ability to operate in agile and cross-functional environments 

Conditions:

• Fluent German required
• On-site presence in Weingarten (Germany) approx. one week every couple of months
