Salesforce Development Manager

Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to ₹45 Lakhs per annum

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead a high-performing Salesforce team responsible for delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot), and Net Zero Cloud.

This role combines people leadership, technical oversight, hands-on Salesforce expertise, and ownership of release management practices. You will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and global teams to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce developers and support resources.
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
• Remain hands-on with Salesforce development, integrations, and technical problem-solving where required.
• Drive release management and CI/CD best practices using tools such as GitHub and Jira.
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to define scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure delivery quality, governance, security, and platform performance.
• Support testing, deployment activities, and production issue resolution.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of Salesforce development and solution design experience.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce development teams.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot/MCAE).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and deployment strategies.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, Jira, and release management processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to Net Zero Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Additional Salesforce Architect or Marketing Cloud certifications.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
