We’re seeking an Implementation Engineer with a strong background in cybersecurity, particularly in device management, monitoring, and endpoint security solutions. This role bridges presales and delivery: you’ll work closely with customers to shape solutions, showcase capabilities, and ensure smooth rollout of security products.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and design the right solutions.
• Run demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts with prospective customers.
• Deploy and configure tools for mobile device management (MDM), remote monitoring (RMM), and patching.
• Support clients throughout presales and into delivery — ensuring smooth implementation.
• Produce clear technical documentation and assist in proposals/RFPs.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance during and after deployment.
• Keep up to date with industry trends in endpoint, cloud, and network security.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years’ experience in cybersecurity, with hands-on exposure to MDM, RMM, or Patch Management platforms.
• Familiarity with solutions such as Intune, MobileIron, AirWatch, Kaseya, ConnectWise, NinjaRMM (or similar).
• Previous experience in presales/customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical detail in a clear way.
• Ability to manage multiple customers/projects and resolve issues quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.

• Security certifications (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CISSP).
• Broader knowledge of endpoint, network, or cloud security.
