Pay Rate: £600/day 

I'm currently working with a leading organisation that's building a next-generation Enterprise Agentic AI Platform, and we're looking for an experienced Search Orchestration Developer to join a high-impact AI engineering programme.

This is an exciting opportunity to design and build production-grade AI search and retrieval services that power enterprise AI agents and intelligent applications.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise search orchestration services
• Build Hybrid Search (BM25 + Vector Search) and GraphRAG solutions
• Develop scalable Python microservices and REST APIs
• Integrate Azure AI Search, Neo4j, Qdrant, Snowflake and SharePoint
• Implement CI/CD, automated testing and monitoring
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI platforms
• Drive performance, scalability, security, and operational excellence

🛠 Required Skills

• 7+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Strong Python development
• Azure Cloud
• Azure AI Search
• Hybrid Search (BM25 + Vector Search)
• GraphRAG / Knowledge Graphs
• Neo4j
• Qdrant or other Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus)
• LLMs, Embeddings and RAG
• Microservices & REST APIs
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Azure DevOps & CI/CD
• Secure Software Development
