Salesforce Technical Lead/ Delivery Manager – Global Delivery Centre (GDC)

Location: Gurugram / Hybrid | Type: Full-time

Salary – Upto 45 Lacs

• The role is based in Gurugram with hybrid working, with occasional extended coverage aligned to global collaboration windows, including 2:00 PM–11:00 PM IST or 5:00 PM–2:00 AM IST depending on project requirements.

Role:

• Lead Salesforce delivery and people: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce developers and production support resources, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery against agreed SLAs, KPIs, project timelines, and GDC standards.
• Drive scalable Salesforce solutions: Design and implement robust solutions across Sales Cloud, Net Zero Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE), partnering with the Salesforce Platform Architect on solution design, technical decisions, integrations, and architecture.
• Stay hands-on technically: Lead and contribute to Salesforce development, configuration, integrations, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and declarative capabilities, while maintaining strong engineering and security standards.
• Own DevOps and release management: Evolve Client’s Salesforce deployment and release practices by implementing Jira- and GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines, improving automation, release quality, deployment efficiency, environment management, and overall engineering maturity.
• Partner across a global ecosystem: Collaborate with global Salesforce stakeholders, IT Business Partners, the Salesforce Centre of Excellence (COE), architects, and business teams across time zones to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions.
• Champion governance and operational excellence: Ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture, security, data integrity, development, testing, and release standards; oversee production support escalations and drive continuous improvement across processes, automation, and service performance.
• Bring strong Salesforce leadership experience: 8+ years of Salesforce development and solution-design experience, including team leadership and production support management; Platform Developer II certification required, with MCAE and Architect-level certifications highly desirable. Experience with Agile delivery, Jira, GitHub, CI/CD, and global stakeholder management is strongly preferred.
