Business Analyst/Professional Services Automation/ is required by a global technology innovation organization to provide business analysis support across a global Professional Services Automation implementation portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading requirements gathering and business process analysis for PSA/Professional Services Automation systems.
  • Translating business requirements into user stories, workflows, and process documentation.
  • Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to design and implement system enhancements.
  • Supporting agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Driving process optimization, automation initiatives, and data-driven insights for service delivery.
  • Serving as the key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet operational and strategic goals.

Required experience:

  • Extensive Business Analysis experience on Professional Services Automation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Professional Services operations, including resource management, project financials, and client implementation workflows.
  • Experience with one or more of the following Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms: Kantata, Napta, Salesforce PSA, Certinia, OpenAir, Mavenlink, FinancialForce, or Kimble.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills and ability to bridge technical teams and business users.
  • Global projects experience.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams in an Agile environment.
