SAP S/4HANA Environment / Landscape Manager

Contract | Remote (India) | 12 Months ++

We are currently supporting a European enterprise undergoing an ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation program. They are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Environment / Landscape Manager to provide technical leadership and operational ownership of their SAP landscape.

This is a fully remote delivery role from India, working closely with European stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central technical owner for the SAP S/4HANA landscape
• Ensure stable, secure, and efficient SAP system operations
• Manage SAP environments hosted on Microsoft Azure
• Oversee SAP Solution Manager / Cloud ALM governance
• Coordinate transport management (TMS) and cross-system updates
• Liaise with SAP Enterprise Support for technical escalations
• Manage and coordinate external service providers
• Support ongoing transformation and post-go-live stabilization
• Contribute to operational model development and process optimization

Required Experience

• 10+ years SAP technical experience
• Strong SAP Basis background
• Proven S/4HANA implementation and operational support experience
• Experience managing SAP workloads on Microsoft Azure
• Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager / ChaRM / TMS
• Experience in production landscape management
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience working with global / European teams

Key Details

• Delivery: Remote from India
• Duration: 12 months (extensions expected)
• Rate: Approx. ₹40,000 per day (10% TDS deduction)
• Payment Terms: 21 days
• Environment: Ongoing S/4HANA transformation

This is a highly technical landscape ownership role and would suit a senior SAP Basis Lead / Technical Architect with strong S/4HANA and Azure exposure.
