This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a respected Tier 1 contractor working on a landmark regeneration scheme in Manchester. This role is part of a major city centre masterplan combining large-scale commercial, residential and specialist accommodation, with complex construction and stakeholder requirements.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a lead commercial role on the project with a clear path to step into a Managing QS position. It’s an ideal role for someone who’s looking to fast-track their career progression in a commercially robust and professional team.

You'll be working on a technically demanding multi-use scheme that’s setting new standards in modern city development — combining innovation, sustainability and scale. Your ability to manage costs, coordinate subcontractors and engage collaboratively with the project team will be central to your success.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing cost planning, procurement and subcontractor management across packages
• Supporting the Commercial Manager with reporting, forecasting and change management
• Working closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth project execution
• Playing a part in mentoring and guiding junior team members
