We partner with hospitals, clinics, public health agencies, and healthcare organizations to deliver specialized, skilled, and compliant talent on a contract or project basis.

Key Responsibilities (Typical Assignments May Include)

• Providing specialized clinical or technical expertise within your area of practice.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care, program implementation, or research initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation and reporting.
• Educating patients, families, or staff on specialty-specific topics or interventions.
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, credentialing requirements, and professional ethics.

Qualifications

• Current, active license, certification, or registration in your healthcare specialty.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of recent professional experience in your field.
• Current BLS certification required for most clinical roles.
• Ability to pass background screening and compliance verifications (immunizations, TB test, etc.).
• Strong professional judgment, integrity, and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Benefits (for Future Assignments)

When assigned to a client project through Innovation Consulting LLC, you’ll be a W-2 employee with full access to our comprehensive benefits package:

Health Reimbursement Account (HRA): Helps cover premiums and out-of-pocket costs. 2025 HRA amounts – $6,600 Employee Only, $10,320 Employee + One, $14,040 Family. Up to $5,000 may carry over to the next year.

401(k) Program: Dollar-for-dollar safe-harbor company match up to 6% of employee contributions, discretionary supplemental match, and 100% immediate vesting.

Paid Time Off: ~11 holidays, 40 hours of sick time, and vacation accrued bi-weekly (2 weeks for 0–2 years, 3 weeks for 3–4 years, 4 weeks for 5+ years).

No waiting period: Benefits eligibility and accruals begin immediately.
