About the Opportunity

By joining our Administrative & Corporate Services Talent Pool, you’ll be considered for future assignments that align with your functional expertise, experience level, and professional interests.
This is not an active job opening. This posting allows you to pre-register with our recruiting team so we can connect with you when new client projects become available. Our clients rely on us to provide skilled corporate services professionals who support organizational effectiveness, compliance, and day-to-day business operations on a project or contract basis.
Key Responsibilities (Typical Assignments May Include)
Responsibilities will vary based on client needs and assignment scope, and may include:
- Supporting human resources, finance, procurement, communications, or training functions
- Providing administrative, programmatic, or departmental support to internal teams and leadership
- Supporting budgeting, financial reporting, procurement, or contract administration activities
- Assisting with communications, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
- Supporting onboarding, training coordination, and workforce support initiatives
- Managing records, schedules, and administrative processes
- Supporting shared services operations and process improvement efforts
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations
Qualifications
Qualifications will vary by assignment. Typical requirements may include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience supporting administrative, corporate services, or shared services functions
- Familiarity with business operations, administrative processes, and organizational support functions
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in regulated or complex organizational environments preferred
- Relevant certifications or training preferred and may be required depending on assignment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support cross-functional teams

Compensation & Benefits (for Future Assignments)
When assigned to a client project through Innovation Consulting LLC, you’ll be a W-2 employee with full access to our comprehensive benefits package:

Health Reimbursement Account (HRA): Helps cover premiums and out-of-pocket costs. 2025 HRA amounts – $6,600 Employee Only, $10,320 Employee + One, $14,040 Family. Up to $5,000 may carry over to the next year.

401(k) Program: Dollar-for-dollar safe-harbor company match up to 6% of employee contributions, discretionary supplemental match, and 100% immediate vesting.

Paid Time Off: ~11 holidays, 40 hours of sick time, and vacation accrued bi-weekly (2 weeks for 0–2 years, 3 weeks for 3–4 years, 4 weeks for 5+ years).
