B2C Field Sales Executive – Agricultural (West Ireland)

Are you someone who enjoys taking real ownership of your region? Do you get a buzz from pulling up onto a farm, having a great chat at the farm gate, and turning that relationship into a sale?

This is a field-based role covering the West of Ireland, where you’ll take responsibility for driving sales across a premium dairy aftermarket portfolio. Operating a mobile shop directly to farms, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to shape your approach, build long-term partnerships with dairy farmers, and serve as the face of a leading agricultural brand across your territory.

This position would suit someone proactive and organised - a true self-starter who loves meeting people and seeing the direct impact of their work on the road!

What’s on offer?

  • Up to €55,000 base salary + attractive sales performance package
  • Fully equipped company vehicle (mobile shop), laptop, and phone
  • Full training provided (including Category C driver training if needed)
  • The opportunity to join a high-performing team in a fast-growing business
  • Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities

What will you be doing?

  • Operating a mobile shop to sell premium aftermarket products directly to dairy farmers (B2C)
  • Generating new business while nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers
  • Demonstrating thorough product knowledge and providing practical solutions on-site
  • Conducting market research and keeping an eye on local industry trends and competitor activity

Who is the ideal candidate?

  • Driven & Resilient: Someone with the resilience and self-motivation needed to take initiative, overcome objections, and hit sales targets.
  • A Natural Communicator: Outgoing, talkative, and comfortable building genuine rapport with the farming community.
  • Organised & Structured: Able to manage daily driving routes, stock on the road, and customer accounts efficiently.
  • Agri-Savvy: A practical understanding of dairy farming operations (desired but not essential).
  • Requirements: Full Irish/European driving licence. (Category C licence, CPC, & Tachograph card are ideal, but training will be provided for the right person).
