MARKETING ASSISTANT

Office Based - Mid Devon

I'm working with an established and growing business in the agriculture industry, who are looking for a confident and proactive Marketing Assistant to join their team.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone earlier in their marketing career who is keen to develop their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. The business is looking for someone who isn't afraid to bring creativity and fresh ideas, whilst also being adaptable and detail-oriented.

The successful candidate will also enjoy variety in their day-to-day work and be comfortable using their own initiative while supporting a range of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and preparing marketing content
• Supporting social media activity and content scheduling
• Printing marketing materials and labels
• Assisting with day-to-day marketing administration
• Helping maintain brand consistency across materials
• Potential attendance at industry shows and events

About You:

• Have some previous marketing experience or relevant qualifications
• Be confident, proactive, and willing to take initiative
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be creative and able to contribute new ideas
• Be receptive to feedback and able to adapt ideas accordingly
• Enjoy working in a varied and flexible role
• Have strong communication and organisational skills
• Have some understanding of, or interest in, the agricultural sector (desired but not essential)
