Agricultural Sales Executive
Field-Based - South West England

We're working exclusively with an established and growing business in the dairy sector, looking to appoint an Agricultural Sales Executive to take ownership of the Southwest region.
The Opportunity
This role is built for someone who is driven, ambitious and wants to be rewarded for their effort.
You'll have the chance to:
- Take ownership of a genuine growth territory and make it your own
- Build your pipeline from scratch and win new business across the region
- Manage the full sales cycle - from first conversation through to close
- Get out on-farm, build relationships and become a trusted name in your area
- Deliver a consultative, 'value-add' sales approach, helping farmers improve performance and efficiency
- Work independently, manage your own time, diary and territory
- Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline through a CRM system
- Earn uncapped commission from day one, with no ceiling on what you can achieve
In your first 6-12 months, you'll be building your own customer base, closing deals and establishing yourself as a trusted contact within the dairy sector.
About You
- Driven, self-motivated and not afraid of hard work
- Comfortable with cold calling and on-farm conversations
- Strong interest or background in dairy farming, herd health or agriculture
- Motivated by earning potential and progression
- Excellent communication skills, able to build rapport and influence on-farm
- Organised, with the ability to manage your own pipeline and use CRM systems effectively
