Remote with regional travel 


Noble Futures are working in partnership with a global leader in dairy automation and machinery technology to recruit a Sales Manager based in Ireland. 


As the business grows and continues to help farmers improve productivity, efficiency, and herd performance through advanced, reliable systems, the Sales Manager will support, mentor, coach and grow the commercial team across Ireland so that they can be successful within their roles. 


Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing, supportive culture across the team.
  • Coaching the team through complex deals, helping structure negotiations, and supporting colleagues when needed.
  • Run regular, constructive 1-to-1s to focus on individual development and career growth.
  • Keep a close eye on market trends, competitive shifts, and commercial opportunities within the dairy sector.
  • Work alongside the service and installation teams to ensure the customer journey is seamless from initial conversation through to long-term aftermarket support.


Requirements:

  • An understanding of the agricultural sector, whether that’s capital equipment, dairy tech, farm machinery, or related machinery sales.
  • Experience managing and coaching a sales team.
  • A strong background in high-value sales, with the ability to step in and help close complex or high-ticket deals.
  • Solid experience using CRM tools to manage a pipeline, build accurate forecasts, and track sales metrics.
  • Full UK/Irish driving licence and comfort with regional travel.
