We’re partnering with a rapidly growing international animal health business that’s expanding its presence across the UK and global markets. This is an exciting opportunity for an MRCVS-qualified veterinary professional looking to step beyond clinical practice and build a career combining technical expertise, relationship management, and international collaboration.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with innovative products, engaging with veterinary professionals and industry stakeholders, and supporting the adoption of new technologies within clinical practice. You’ll work closely with commercial, technical, and leadership teams while developing strong relationships with key opinion leaders, universities, distributors, and corporate partners worldwide.
Based remotely in the UK, this position offers extensive international exposure, strategic influence, and the opportunity to play a visible role within a fast-scaling organisation.
What you’ll do:
- Build and develop relationships with veterinary KOLs, universities, distributors, and corporate stakeholders
- Support clinical evaluations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers and partners
- Deliver technical training and onboarding support to distributors and internal teams across international markets
- Travel internationally to support conferences, exhibitions, partner meetings, and commercial events
- Collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams to support UK growth and international expansion
- Provide clinical and technical expertise across sales, marketing, and product development functions
- Share real-world clinical insights and customer feedback to support innovation and strategic development
- Maintain CRM systems and engagement reporting to support commercial activity
- Represent the business as a trusted technical expert within the veterinary industry
Requirements:
- MUST be an RCVS-registered veterinarian with 3+ years of clinical veterinary practice experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness with an interest in technology and innovation
- Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams
- Comfortable with regular international travel
- Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools
- UK-based, with remote/home working flexibility - national and international travel required.
Desirable:
- Existing network with KOLs, universities, or distributors
- Experience working with corporate veterinary groups or commercial stakeholders
- Additional European language skills alongside English
