What You'll Be Responsible For
- Managing the customer experience from initial contact through vehicle pickup
- Building trust and long-term relationships with customers
- Coordinating communication between customers and technicians
- Presenting repair recommendations clearly and professionally
- Maintaining accurate estimates, work orders, and customer records
- Managing workflow and helping keep operations moving efficiently
- Following up with customers and creating exceptional service experiences
