Location: Milton, GA

Company: Independent, high-quality automotive repair shop

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (no nights, no Sundays)

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 -> Competitive base + performance-based bonus (details discussed during interview)

About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-run, independent auto repair shop in Milton, GA that is committed to professional operations, ethical sales, and delivering a first-class customer experience. They are seeking a high-level Service Advisor / Sales Advisor—someone who can confidently manage the front counter, build trust with customers, and convert inspections into approved work without pressure or gimmicks. This is not a position for an order-taker. This role is for a true sales professional who understands how to educate customers, communicate value, and close work ethically.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Greet customers and manage the service drive with professionalism and confidence.
  • Present repair and maintenance recommendations clearly and effectively.
  • Sell based on trust, education, and value, not pressure.
  • Communicate with technicians to understand inspection findings and repair priorities.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
  • Manage estimates, approvals, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain strong ARO, GP, and closing ratios.
  • Operate daily within TekMetric shop management software.

What the Shop Is Looking For

  • Proven Service Advisor / Service Writer experience in an independent or high-performing aftermarket shop.
  • Strong sales and closing skills (closers only—no order takers).
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ethics and customer-first mindset.
  • Team player who works well with technicians and management.
  • Familiarity with modern inspection and sales processes (Shop Fix–style operations is a plus).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus.
  • Earnings tied to results, not just attendance.
  • Stable, growth-oriented shop environment.
  • Monday–Friday schedule.
  • Opportunity to grow with a shop that is actively investing in its people and processes.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Ownership that values professionalism and sales excellence.
  • No corporate red tape—decisions are made locally.
  • Shop is aligned with modern training, systems, and best practices.
  • Immediate opportunity to make an impact at the front counter.
